Our Story

We're two young couples—Morgan Kotter, Haley Kotter, Aaron Andrew, and Stephanie Andrew—who split our time between building software, raising families, and chasing the kind of mountain trips that actually leave you feeling different when you go home.

After one too many "almost perfect" glamping stays, we decided to build the place we were always searching for.

Why Lava Hot Springs?

We chose Lava Hot Springs because it's where everything we love about Idaho comes together: world-famous natural mineral hot springs, river tubing on the Portneuf, and easy day trips to Yellowstone and Grand Teton.

It's right off I-15 and easy to reach from Boise, Pocatello, and Salt Lake City, but still small-town enough to feel like you've actually gotten away.
